I acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional owners of the unceded land that I reside on, the Gadigal and Darug peoples. The Gadigal and Darug peoples are the traditional custodians of these lands and have cared for Country for thousands of years. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

As an Assyrian, I stand in solidarity with the First Nations peoples of this continent, and with Indigenous people around the world in their rights to self-determination.
